Arkansas State coach Butch Jones liked the way his team responded when things did not go according to plan against West Georgia.
He also knows the Red Wolves will need considerably more Saturday when they step up in competition against TCU.
Arkansas State is coming off a 52-7 victory over West Georgia, a game in which the Red Wolves overcame a slow start before turnovers and complementary football helped turn the game into a rout.
Now Jones’ attention has shifted to a road matchup against a TCU team he believes has the talent to contend for the Big 12 championship.
