Barnes: Arkansas State defense building chemistry, energy during fall camp
Arkansas State safety Brandon Barnes believes the Red Wolves’ defense is beginning to develop the chemistry necessary to become a successful unit.
Following the fourth practice of fall camp Saturday, Barnes pointed to the energy and enthusiasm on the defensive sideline as one of the biggest signs of progress.
“I think that they’re coming off extremely well,” Barnes said. “Just seeing how everybody gelled together today. The juice and the energy that we were creating on the sidelines allow people on the field to be encouraged and play better.”
