Arkansas State Wide Receivers Preview
Arkansas State will enter fall camp with one of the Sun Belt Conference’s deepest and most experienced wide receiver rooms.
That experience could prove invaluable as the Red Wolves attempt to replace departing quarterback Jaylen Raynor and break in a new starter under center.
Whoever wins the quarterback competition between Trey Owens, Ethan Crawford, Drew Dickey and Jérémy St-Hilaire will inherit a receiving corps led by two of the conference’s most productive returning playmakers. If that group develops chemistry early in camp, the Red Wolves could once again field one of the league’s better passing attacks.
If not, Arkansas State’s offense could spend the early part of the season searching for consistency.
