2026 Opponent Breakdown: ULM Warhawks
Arkansas State will open the final month of the regular season at Centennial Bank Stadium when it hosts ULM on Nov. 7, a matchup that could carry significant implications for the Red Wolves’ pursuit of a Sun Belt Conference championship.
For the visiting Warhawks, the contest represents another opportunity to show Bryant Vincent’s rebuilding effort is beginning to gain traction.
Although ULM remains a program searching for consistency after several difficult seasons, there is growing optimism in Monroe. The Warhawks return an experienced nucleus on both sides of the football and enter the season with four preseason All-Sun Belt selections — the program’s highest total since 2020 and the most during Vincent’s tenure.
Two players earned first-team recognition while two more landed on the second team, giving ULM proven talent around which to build.
